Zerihun Tadele is a professor at the Institute of Plant Sciences at the University of Bern and at Bahir Dar University in Ethiopia. He wants to contribute to global food security by improving under-researched African crops such as tef. Using the example of his collaboration with partners from research and practice in Africa, Tadele explains in the podcast how the Initiative Afrique can contribute to health, agriculture and education in Africa.
